Consultation and Design are by default non-warrantied and non-refundable contracts unless under very specific, rare occasion, any fault directly contributing to a Consultation and Design work completed by Meissa Reeve ONLY, can be directly attributed to unseen/overlooked fault. The decision of fault ownership lays solely with Meissa Reeve own or mutually agreed upon competent 3rd party expert’s opinion in finding fault with Meissa Reeve’s Consultation and Design’s direct fault attribution. In such a rare event, Meissa Reeve’s liability is limited to the agreed/received Consultation and Design costs only and any products sold as part of service allocation remain non-returnable and non-refundable. Any warranty-included gadgetry sold as part and parcel of the Consultation and Design are non-returnable and warranty is directly covered by OEM/Distributor where Meissa Reeve is not accountable.
Cancelation
In the rare event, a client decides to cancel a Consultation and Design order for any personal (disclosed/ undisclosed reasons), Meissa Reeve is not liable to entertain any refund claims at all. Most of the products sold as part and parcel of the Consultation and Design are made-to-specification and hence, it is binding on the client to make sure of all circumstances before placing an order. Note, an order is considered place only when the agreed advance payments are credited to Meissa Reeve.
Dispute Resolution
In the eventuality of a discord arising vis-à-vis the refund request, the espousal of candid and constructive dialogue assumes paramount significance in charting a course towards an amicable resolution.
